At KN Academy pupils are encouraged to model the values and to give time for reflective practices. Values-based Education provides students with a dynamic compass at school and throughout the rest of their lives, strengthening their resilience and well-being. It nurtures the development of good character, deep thinking and altruistic behavior. The outcome of Value-based Education is the positive transformation of pupils and institutions – exactly what our world needs right now.
Children's Development
Our Values-based education philosophy underpins our work to actively promote fundamental social values, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those from all faiths, backgrounds and cultures. A rounded programme of activities and events promote children’s spiritual, moral, social and cultural development, enabling them to develop their own moral and ethical compass to guide what is right and what is wrong.
